Mission Statement
We bring together a new parish family to worship God, to evangelize the community,
to encourage participation of youth and young adults in parish life,
to pass on our faith to the next generation, to respect life and to be good stewards of God’s gifts.
A Parish Pastoral Council’s primary purpose is to discern the spiritual needs of its parish community and assist the pastor in attaining full, conscious, and active
participation of the faithful in liturgical and sacramental celebrations. A recent parish survey conducted over a period of four weeks determined areas of strength and weakness in our faith community. A follow-up survey determined hidden talent of parishioners and included a request for volunteers in their area of interest. Results were utilized to develop a five year pastoral plan for our parish which was adopted by council members at their meeting on November 7, 2016. On September 11, 2017 this plan was reviewed and changes made. Changes were adopted on November 6, 2017
