The Ministry of Mercy at St. Mary of the Assumption attempts to enhance the overall spirituality of parishioners. It organizes various religious/liturgical events in the parish such as providing religious literature and books to parishioners, the 10 Minute Club, Divine Mercy celebration in conjunction with monthly Afternoon of Adoration and several other events. One of the other main functions is for parish outreach to the community but primarily to parishioners in need. It also works in conjunction with various other charitable works such as the Christmas Giving Tree, Baby Bottle Campaign, and assists the local Helping Hands Food Pantry in Wyalusing as well as other works.
